Step-by-Step Guide

How the QR System Works

Register your family in minutes and receive unique QR wristbands for every member

1

Register Your Family Online

Visit the registration page and fill in your family details. You'll need the head of family's name, primary and secondary mobile numbers, complete address with state, city, and pincode.

Then add each family member — name, age, gender, mobile, and any medical information (blood group, allergies, conditions). You can add up to 20 members in a single registration.

Tip: Your form is auto-saved every 30 seconds. Even if you lose internet, your data is safe locally.
2

Receive Unique QR Codes

Immediately after registration, the system generates a unique QR code for each family member in the format KMXXXXXX. These are cryptographically generated and impossible to guess.

Each QR code links to a mobile-optimised page showing that member's information, the entire family list, emergency contacts, ghats, routes, and hotels.

Tip: Open each QR scan page and add it to your phone's home screen for instant offline access.
3

Print & Wear Wristbands

Download all QR codes as a ZIP file or use the print-ready wristband layout to print wristbands for every family member on A4 paper. Cut and attach to wrists or ID cards.

The wristband includes the QR code, member name, age, and family code. Even if the phone is lost, the wristband provides all the information needed to reconnect the family.

Tip: Print wristbands before you leave home. Laminate if possible for durability in water near ghats.
4

Scan for Instant Help

Any volunteer, police officer, medical worker, or family member can scan the QR code using any smartphone camera. No app needed — just the default camera app or QR scanner.

The scan page shows member information, the full family list, one-tap emergency call buttons, nearby ghats with Maps directions, navigation routes, and hotel listings.

Tip: The scan page works offline if it was previously visited. Perfect for crowded areas with poor network.
